"Disney's Magic Kingdom will celebrate its 40th birthday with a parade of Disney costumed characters, fireworks and special merchandise on Saturday 1st October.
The parade will begin at about 9:45 a.m., going from the Main Street Train Station to Cinderella Castle. The Disney characters will gather there alongside Walt Disney World President Meg Crofton and cast members with 40 years of Disney World experience.A ceremony will include memories from the past four decades of Disney, a sing-along with the Dapper Dans barbershop quartet, singers, dancers and daytime pyrotechnics." ~ www.thedibb.co.uk
